I'd like a boxed copy, where can I find one?
We are endeavouring to get the game into major retail stores. Please contact us for a CD Rom version or download the game off the Website.
How are the rankings calculated?
The rankings are based on your Safety Score which is shown at the top left of your game screen when playing the game. Your safety score will increase based on how quickly you can answer the question correctly. The higher the Safety Score, the better the ranking you will get.

How were the facts created?
The initial research for the question database of the PREVENTIT Board Game took 20 months of full time work, relentlessly searching (pre-internet days), libraries, Government Departments, Childrens Hospitals archives and records and statistics, Government Bodies, Road Safety Organisations, Bureau of Statistics, Police, Ambulance and Fire data.
The questions for the PREVENTIT game iPhone/iPodTouch, PC, Mac, and CDRom versions, are firstly extrapolated from the original Board Game PREVENTIT. These original questions were then updated, further researched, modified and the language modernised, to form the most recent and up to date editions to the PREVENTIT game range of products.
The questions were then checked by the Executive Board Members of Kidsafe QLD, to establish and determine their accuracy. Both of the auditing members of Kidsafe are practising Surgeons. The questions were also examined by a member of St John Ambulance Australia. The St John Ambulance Australia First Aid Manual (4th Edition) was also used as a reference guide for first aid.
Numerous Government, Medical, and Children specific Websites were researched extensively as references for the questions.
The PREVENTIT game "Teachers Guide" was equally scrutinised. The Executive Board of Directors from Kidsafe QLD examined these explanations to the questions to ascertain their accuracy and quality and to verify their content.
The questions were authored by Bianca Raine, inventor of the PREVENTIT game, and its range of products.
Bianca is a practising Registered Nurse, Mother of two children and proud holder of a current Senior First Aid Certificate.
